We would be pleased to develop a budget to meet your objectives.
Our budget proposal will include all fees, taxes and service charges.
Any changes in the budget will be itemized for your prior approval. |

All budgets are denominated Euros. Payment can be made either
by major credit card or bank transfer to the Banca di Roma.
A deposit of Euro 600 is required once our initial proposal has been accepted.
This deposit will be credited to your final account. Final payment is due thirty
days prior to the wedding. |

In the unlikely event that a ceremony must be canceled, we will
work with our suppliers to maximize the refund. If the cancellation is received
more than 30 days prior to the ceremony we will retain the deposit of Euro 600
to cover our administration costs; from 3 to 29 days prior to the ceremony we
will work with our suppliers to maximize the refund according to their various
cancellation policies; less than 3 days before the scheduled Ceremony, and unfortunately,
no refund will be possible.
Hotel and catering cancellation fees will be subject to the individual cancellation
polices of each hotel and caterer. |
